This e-learning course will introduce you to the general principles of safeguarding children and young people. It will consider what abuse and neglect is and what it might look like.
This course will help you understand what you do when you are worried about a child or young person and will include good practice principles in the event that a child alleges harm that they are suffering.
It is recommended that you complete this safeguarding training every 3 years; the content will be updated with local and national policy and procedural changes.
