OSCB Annual Conference: Neglect

Detail:

The event includes local presentations from education, children's social care, health colleagues and the police. It also includes the experiences of local children and families 'in their own words'. There will be a keynote speaker on the national perspective.

After attending this event delegates should have an understanding of:

  • The importance of early identification and naming neglect
  • The long term impact of neglect
  • Evidence based practice

PLEASE NOTE: There is no parking at the venue other than limited spaces available for those with disabilities and/or mobility issues which must be booked in advance. The venue is a 15 minute walk from Oxford train station. Tea and coffee will be provided, a finger buffet will be provided at lunchtime.
